We are pleased to announce that the “Public Draft” version of the Transportation Plan has been adopted by the TCC, subject to several minor modifications.

Visit the Project Info page to download your copy of the “Public Draft” and the TCC directed modifications to the draft.

A public hearing for the Draft Transportation Plan will be held before the City Commission on Tuesday, January 20, 2009 at 6:00 PM in the Commission Room at City Hall, 121 North Rouse Ave.

Public Involvement Opportunities

The development of this Transportation Plan includes an extensive public involvement process. This process has been designed to encourage public involvement and meaningful participation. Public informational meetings have been held on June 27^th, 2007 and November 28^th, 2007 and were both very well attended.

The third public informational meeting was held on Wednesday, August 20^th, 2008 at the Bozeman High School Cafeteria at 6:30 PM. This public outreach activity focused mainly on the development of recommendations to modify identified problem areas of the transportation system and solicited public input on the recommendations.

A public hearing for the Draft Transportation Plan will be held before the City Commission on Tuesday, January 20, 2009 at 6:00 PM in the Commission Room at City Hall, 121 North Rouse Ave. Check the Bozeman Daily Chronicle and this website periodically for information relating to the time and location of future public events.
