Mr. Morton is a LEED Accredited Professional. The National Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System™ is a voluntary, consensus-based national standard for developing high-performance, sustainable site and building designs. In addition, Mr. Morton is a Certified Ground Water Professional (CGWP) with the National Ground Water Association.

RPA can provide a full range of science and engineering services from initial site investigation, environmental assessment, design and permitting, construction contract administration, LEED administration services, and site monitoring.

Through the coordination of a multi-disciplinary team, we can supply geotechnical and structural investigations, site infrastructure, preliminary facility improvements design, and groundwater source development.

Project experience includes ADA (American Disability Act) designs, ground source heat pump systems, site landscaping, site investigation, passive and solar power systems, floodplain and flood irrigation canals, and construction oversight assistance.
